Q: I can't find what I'm looking for?

A: If you have used the navigation keys and the search box and still can't find your item, it may be because we don't stock this product. Although we don't have a huge range of items, our supplier does! Visit their web site Vital Pet Products where you can view the range of items that is available to us along with the recommended retail price. When you have found what you require, the item will have a product number, you can the ring us or email us with this information and we can then order it in for you.

Q: Where is my parcel?

A: All our orders are despatched using Royal Mail or DHL and are sent by recorded delivery (with the exception of some low cost items) If the tracking number has not been sent to you via email, please contact us so we can track your item.

Q: Why do the larger orders carry a more expensive delivery? 

A: Due to the rising costs for couriers unfortunately we have had to base our delivery charges on the total weight of your order as opposed to basket total. Please note that this is shipping weight (includes packaging) and not the nett weight of the items. This situation is constantly under review and we may be able to offer discounted delivery at a later date.
